This album is concerned with my experiences as someone with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and chronic psychosis. As such, it may not seem conventionally enjoyable, but I hope my musical interpretations of my experiences will give you a better understanding of psychiatric illnesses. I am aware that some people recover from depression, or even major diseases like schizophrenia, but for the vast majority of mentally ill people it is a problem they will have to deal with for the rest of their lives. They will have no breaks from it. None. Ever. The title comes from a piece I wrote for a number of periodicals, you can read it here:

I should add that I found composing these tracks so stressful and anxiety inducing, I am just going to release the four of them on their own. A second volume might come later, but writing these four has made me not want to write music again. I'm sure I'll get over it, and hopefully write some happier songs, but for the moment I am treating you to the raw terror of being psychotic.
